Catechist Mission Statement

We are "catechists," called to echo and re-echo the Good News of Christ to all whom we meet; particularly, those who are members of the Family of God within St. Sylvester Faith Community. As we continue our personal journeys with God, we take on the catechetical ministry as Teachers of The Faith, who will guide our children, in concert with their families, toward Life with Christ. As role models, we set an example of Christian Maturity and authentic discipleship with the goal of promoting a deeper relationship with God and one another.
