The presentation of the
gifts at the time of the offertory represents the
fruit of our labor and the support we share to carry
on the mission of the Church: To preach the Good News
of Jesus Christ. The family who requested the mass
intention is always called to see if they will be
present at that mass to brings the gifts to the altar.
Sometimes, there is no one available to brings the
gifts forward, or sometimes it is a mass for the
parish, not requested by anyone at all. (One mass for
the parish must be celebrated each Sunday). If you are
interested in bringing up the offertory gifts when the
