You are invited to participate in a pilgrimage to World Youth Day in Sydney, Australia next summer! World Youth Day is a gathering of Catholic youth with the Pope in a different country every three years. The estimated date for this trip is July 13-21 during which we will participate in events and services, tour religious sites of Sydney as well as common tourist attractions, and have the opportunity to meet and talk with youth from all over the world. We will be traveling with Youthtowne, a local Christian organization that is hoping to take 1000 pilgrims from Pittsburgh. They will provide half of the cost and also supply us with hoagies to sell. We will also be doing other fundraisers to make this trip extremely affordable! The fundraisers have already started!
